Track

All orders placed online at Amazing Tablets are delivered via courier. You can track the progress of your order from placement through to delivery via your online account or link sent to you for tracking. Simply enter your Order Number (ie. 0000123456) and your email address to view the progress of your order or use the exclusive tracking link sent to you via email when you placed your order or when we sent a shipping confirmation email

Once your order has been packed ready for dispatch you will see a consignment number and link to track your order directly through the courier’s website. You will also receive email/sms notification about your shipment status and tracking information for the courier.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the couriers system before attempting to track your order. If you have any concerns contact our Customer Service Team by our online enquiry form. We will generally respond to online enquiries within 24 hours.

Delivery Fees

Your delivery cost will vary depending on the delivery timing. Express shipping orders are subject to additional shipping costs and are delivered within 2-4 business days anywhere within US. Normally the free shipping option takes anywhere between 5-15 business days for delivery. In cases the products are shipped from direct factories from China, the delivery may take upto 20 business days.

Please note: As we use couriers to deliver all parcels, products cannot be delivered to an unattended address. The courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest USPS office. In most cases the parcel is delivered and left in your mailbox or infront of your front door and same is shown in the courier tracking page regarding where they left it for you. In cases where parcel is delivered by courier and has not been picked by you and was lost, we will help you get in contact with courier but unfortunately we won't be able to resend or refund the money for that package. Receiving the parcel from courier is your responsibility.

Amazing Tablets recommends all deliveries be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimize any redelivery delays and/or fees.

You may incur additional delivery fees/freight charges within the checkout (in excess of the fees and charges specified above) for:

• Express or urgent deliveries

Delivery Time Frames

We use a selection of courier services with delivery times of between 2 - 20 business days after dispatch for smaller items depending on your delivery location and shipping mode selected. Courier deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday only. You can request for weekend deliveries.

P.O. Boxes and Authority to Leave (ATL)

We are unable to deliver goods to PO Box addresses as all delivery orders are sent via courier services. Unfortunately we do not currently offer Authority to Leave (ATL).

International Shipping

Unfortunately  Amazing Tablets is currently unable to provide international shipping.

Reasons for order delays

• Entry of an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout.
• The address was held at USPS office and requires manual pickup.
• Incorrect payment information was entered against the order. Please double check all details at time of checkout as your order will only be created upon receipt of payment.
• In the event an order is flagged for verification we may need to get in contact via phone before dispatching some orders. Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination to protect the card holder, and this may delay shipping.
• Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we may need to supply product from outside of our standard delivery network. This can cause delays in dispatch if orders are directed to regional locations etc.

If your order is not received within the quoted delivery period please check your order progress via our Order Status Page, alternatively contact our Customer Support Team via  online enquiry form. We will generally respond to online enquiries within 24 hours.

Can i have my order sent to my place of work?

Yes, when you place an order you are asked to enter both your contact details along with the delivery address.

Where is my order coming from?

We currently have online order processing facilities located in different parts of the country. Your order may ship from any location of our partner warehouses, however at times products may be dispatched from direct Chinese factories in cases of high demand.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders on Amazing Tablets are subject to our Free Shipping, however if you choose urgent and express shipping, you may have to pay additional shipping cost.

Pricing

The prices of Products and delivery and other charges displayed on this Site are current at the time of checkout, however, Amazing Tablets reserves the right to change prices at any time and for any reason it deems necessary

All prices shown on this Site are in US Dollars (USD).

We will charge you, and you agree to pay, the following fees and charges in relation to an order that we accept (as applicable):

• The purchase price of each Product that is ordered;
• The delivery fee for delivering the Products to you (in case you select express shipping); and
• Any other fees and charges required by state of shipping address.

All fees and charges identified in these terms and conditions and all prices for the Products as shown on the Site are exclusive of State taxes (unless otherwise indicated). Tax will be calculated on the checkout page according to shipping address.

The purchase price of each Product is shown on the product list on the Site at the time you place your order. The purchase price of a Product on the Site may not be the same if shipping address state requires us to pay tax.

You acknowledge that we are not required or obliged to match any prices for any Products, including matching any prices for a Product that is available through the Site at our store or vice versa.
