Placing an order online is very simple. Just click "Add to Cart" for the product you want to purchase. You will be redirected or click cart icon on top right hand corner. You will be redirected to checkout page where you will be required to fill your shipping address and payment info. Once the order is placed an email is sent to your provided email id. Please make sure to check Spam/Junk Folder and whitelist our email id.
In order confirmation email, your order status page link is sent to you. Click that link and you will see your latest information about your order including tracking number.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement of order. All Orders are shipped from our warehouses/partners within 24 hours and once shipped, it is not possible for us to cancel it.
No, we do not offer phone orders for now. You can only place order via our online store.
Our site uses best security for ecommerce transaction processing. Payments are processed by our payment partner paypal which employs best security features to process payments.
Please inform us during your checkout notes that this is a gift and we will not include any invoice inside the package.
We only accept paypal payments. You can use your credit/debit cards with paypal as well.
It usually takes 2-14 business days to deliver packages within all of US. If you select express shipping during checkout, your package is expected to be delivered within 2-5 business days. if you selected Free shipping then the expected delivery time is 5-14 business days.
We ship all over US, except some PO boxes and some states. Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. You will be notified if a product is restricted to be shipped to your area.
Returns are easy and hassle free. you can return the products within 14 days of delivery date. Please email to our support team and they will send you a free prepaid return shipping label to dispatch your order back to us.
